strict rules! very strict rules!
That is how it works up here in BYU-Idaho.
last night my dorm room was Q'd(Quarantined) they put a piece of paper on our door with a big red Q. except for they were running out of ink when they printed ours. there are yellows and oranges and different shades of red. it looks like the sunset.
note: this means that no boys were allowed over for a week.
